AEON Credit Card includes the credit cards and co-brand credit cards issued by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. (“AEON”). (“AEON Credit Card”) 3. The Offer is not applicable to AEON JCB Credit Card. 4. Within the Promotion Period, cardmember is required to enter respective promo codes with designated spending at Shop on Pickupp to enjoy instant discount (“The Offer”), details as below: - HK$40 off upon single net spending of HK$300 (excluding delivery fee) - HK$80 off upon single net spending of HK$400 (excluding delivery fee) 5. Each promo code can be used once only. 6. The Offer is limited to the first 2,000 eligible transactions during the Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis. 7. Each eligible transaction at designated online shop/ mobile APP can use one Promotion Code only. 8. For the eligibility of the spending requirement, the system record of Shop on Pickupp shall be final. Any unposted/ cancelled/ refunded transactions or transactions that are found fraudulent or ultimately cancelled/ refunded is not eligible for The Offer. 9. The offers above cannot be exchanged for cash/ service, other products or discounts. The Offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers. 10. Credit card account must be in normal status and in good standing in order to enjoy The Offer. 13. Cardmember may be subject to other terms and conditions of HK PICK-UP LIMITED. AEON may not be responsible for any additional promotional offers or discounts, or for changing the terms and conditions. Cardmembers are requested to check the details and relevant terms and conditions of Shop on Pickupp. 14. AEON is not the supplier of the products and services and shall have no liability for the quality of the products and services provided by suppliers. 15. AEON or HK PICK-UP LIMITED has the right to deduct the value of the relevant reimbursement from the relevant credit card account if there is any violation of usage. 16. AEON and HK PICK-UP LIMITED reserve the right to amend The Offer, Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of AEON and HK PICK-UP LIMITED shall be final. 17. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
