Once your parcel has arrived at the Pickupp self-pick-up point, you will receive a notification via SMS informing you that your parcel is ready for pickup.

Present Order Number
Show the SMS or email containing your order number to the designated self-pick-up point staff.

Pick Up Your Parcel
Show your order number to the staff and they will retrieve your parcel for you to collect.

• When placing an order, the store can choose "self-pick up" in the "recipient" field, and then click the link to see the map.
• After referring to the distance, the store can fill in the self-pick up point number for delivery.
• Your customers can use the map to view nearby locations and choose a self-pick up point.
