To better protect our delivery agents, Pickupp is offering an insurance plan for 🏆Elite or higher tier delivery agents (Independent Contractors) for free! Eligible tiers of Delivery agents are covered by Pickupp’s free accident insurance when an Insured Person starts delivering* Pickupp’s order and ceases when the Insured Person finishes such duty**. Pickupp will review the tier of the delivery agents as well as the eligibility of the insurance plan on the 1st day of each month. The delivery agent must be 🏆Elite or higher tier in order to enjoy this offer in that month***

* After picked up the order and starting delivery. ** Completed the “ Dropoff Progress” and MUST not be later than the Order drop-off time shown in the APP *** If the system shows the delivery agent’s tier is Elite or above on September 1, the delivery agent could enjoy Pickupp insurance for free from the first to the last day of the month (i.e., September 1-30).

up to HKD$150 per visit per day and HKD$3,000 per policy year

Accidental Daily Hospital Income

Cash benefit payable daily HKD$300 (up to 30 days) for hospital confinement

How to make a claim?

All claims must be reported to Pickupp as soon as possible but in any event within 20 calendar days of an accident. The claim may be declined if it is not reported within the timeframe. 1. Email the completed claim form to Pickupp at hk+insurance@pickupp.io within 20 calendar days of an accident. 2. Pickupp will check the eligibility of the Claimant. 3. Once confirmed, Pickupp will email the “Chopped and Signed claim form” to the Claimant within one week. 4. Claimant must mail the chopped claim form to Liberty Insurance Hong Kong Office**** along with all original medical reports, original medical receipts/ statement of account with detailed breakdown etc. 5. Liberty will contact the Claimant directly to get further documents (if needed) and process the claim. Pickupp is not involved in related insurance claims.

Do I need to pay for the above insurance policies?

No, Pickupp Group Accidental Personal Insurance is provided to the eligible tier of delivery agents for free! Please refer to the related Insurance Summary for details.

Are hour(s) outside the pick-up/ drop-off time covered by the above insurance policies?

No, coverage only applies in the event a delivery agent is delivering an order (i.e. Picked up the order and starting delivery). The Coverage shall cease when the delivery agent delivered the order (i.e. On/ before the Order drop-off time and Completed the “Dropoff Progress”). Please refer to the related Coverage document for details.

Can I submit photocopies of medical bills for claim processing?

No, copies are not acceptable. Liberty needs to have the original medical bills to process the claim.

What must I do to submit the claim in case I am injured and the treatment is still on-going?

Please submit the Claim Form to Pickupp, and mail it to Liberty along with the Chopped Claim Form and Hospitalisation, any bills and receipts you have for claim reporting. All other follow-up bills can be submitted later.
