What kind of item can be delivered?
Most items can be delivered through Pickupp same day delivery services, such as documents, small household appliances, clothes, cakes, flowers, and wines. However, Pickupp is not available for the moving service like Lalamove Hong Kong and GOGOX (formerly GOGOVAN) yet. If there has any question, please get in touch with the customer service.
Can I call to order?
Pickupp has a different business model compared to other logistic companies such as GOGOX (formerly GOGOVAN) or Lalamove. Hence, you cannot place an order by a phone call. If you need the delivery service, please make an order on the website or the app.
Does Pickupp provide a pick-up service?
Yes, Pickupp would pick up the item anywhere at the stated address. The delivery fee of Pickupp is cheaper than Lalamove and GOGOX (formerly GOGOVAN) as well. After picking up the item, the delivery agent would send the item to the drop-off address stated, aiming to provide door-to-door service.
