Placing a Next Day Delivery Order with the New Version of Pickupp Merchant Portal

How to create Pickupp Standard orders

Step 1: Log in to Pickupp Merchant Portal

To get started, log in to your Pickupp Merchant Portal account.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Select "Create Order" from the dashboard and choose “Standard Delivery”.

Step 3: Fill in the Sender Info

You can drop off your package at a designated Pickupp drop-off point at no additional charge. Simply select your preferred self-drop-off store and paste the drop-off store code.

If you have fewer than 10 parcels placed and wish to schedule a door-to-door pickup, a collection fee of HKD $100 will be imposed. Schedule bulk collection can be done in "Order List".

Step 4: Fill in Recipient Info and Item Info

Fill in the delivery details for your order, including the recipient's name, address, and contact information. Fill in the Item Info and measure your package to choose the appropriate parcel size based on its dimensions.

Step 5: Confirm Your Order

Select Pickupp Standard (Next day - 2 days). Review your order details and checkout.

Step 6: Make Payment

Select your payment method and complete the payment process to finalize your order.

Step 7: Track Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, you can track your order status through Pickupp Merchant Portal or the tracking page.
