Step 1: Log in Start by logging into your Pickupp account to access our full range of services and features. Step 2: Place a Next Day Order Once logged in, go to the "Orders" section and select "Create Express Order." Step 3: Fill in the Required Information Fill in the order details by entering the sender info and recipient info. Ensure that you provide all the necessary details for your shipment. Under the Item Info section, choose the "Manual Input" option. The system calculates palletized shipments based on 100 kilograms per pallet. For example, if you need to ship 3 pallets, please fill in "300 kg" in the "weight" field. (Please fill in "1 cm" for length, width, and height.)

Step 4: Fill in the Optional Details Under the Notes section, please make a remark on how many pallets you would want to transfer. （e.g. Pallet Transfer: 3 Pallets)

Step 5: Choose the Appropriate Handling Option When selecting the handling option, you will have two choices: Pickupp Pallet - 1 Day and Pickupp Pallet - 2 Days (Special Handling). Let's explore the differences between the two: - Pickupp Pallet - 1 Day: This option allows for direct transfer of the shipment upon Pickupp's arrival. It is suitable for shipments that can be moved as a complete unit. - Pickupp Pallet - 2 Days (Special Handling): Choose this option if your shipment requires additional packaging or if it is not a complete unit. This could include items that need manual handling or are not fully wrapped. Opting for special handling ensures that your shipment receives the necessary attention and care it requires. Step 6: Payment and Await Pick-up Once you have selected your handling option, proceed with the payment process.
