Our locations offer next-day delivery service that works with your schedule to make shipping easier! In addition, Pickupp service has always been highly transparent. The shipment has a 24-hour GPS tracking service and cargo protection. No matter when and where you have delivery needs, Pickupp can deliver your orders safely and reliably.

Customers can submit the application form to apply for an account. After receiving the confirmation notification, you can create orders on Pickupp online portal. Creating orders is simple and convenient. All you need to do is choose the appropriate date, time, address, and package size to submit the order, attach the waybills on your package, and drop off them at the nearest self-drop point.

Our Next day delivery service starts from only $28 per order, the final price would depend on the size of the package. There is no minimum order required, but packages should fit into the size of a box, with the total dimension of width, height, and length not more than 60 x 40 x 30 cm. Packages that exceed the weight limit of 5 kg may not be handled or delivered. For Pickupp service points, there are no limitations in weight and dimensions.

To ensure the items are safe during the transportation process, we recommend customers place the item in the center of the box and wrap the items in the parcel separately if applicable. Then, place the fillers and protective materials to fill up space in the parcel. Stick and display the fragile caution label on top of the parcel if needed. Finally, make sure the surface of the parcel is smooth and attach the waybill to the top of the parcel.

When you pack your parcel, make sure to remove any old labels that are not applicable. There might be misunderstandings caused by packaging using luggage, packaging with product tag, or various printed materials, so please avoid using them. Always use high-quality corrugated cardboard boxes for parcels, and choose boxes with the appropriate size, to minimize the risk of breaking the items.
