【Pickupp App Tutorial】Order On App and Enjoy Door-to-door Delivery Service

How to order through Pickupp User App?
Since 2016 , Pickupp has provided door-to-door delivery service for over 24,000 merchants, users can now order through Pickupp’s mobile app! Let’s go through the steps of placing an delivery order on Pickupp User app, to experience the fast and convenient door-to-door service!
Step 1 :
•Choose "Delivery" at Main Menu •Click "Create Order" under "New Orders"
•Enter pick up and drop off information, including venue, name and phone number of the sender and receiver
•Select date and time for parcel pick up
Step 2 :
•Fill in the information of the parcel and select the suitable size •The length, width, height and weight of the parcel can be inputted manually if the parcel size is not applicable on the provided options
•Select service type *If choosing 4 hours deliver and hoping to receive the parcel at 6:30 pm at that day, please select the pick up time at 2:30 pm the same day *The first 2 hours is reserved for agent matching *The cut-off time for Pickupp is 6:00 pm daily
•If extra information are available, including note to delivery agent; client reference number; or extra notification contact, please fill in under "Optional Details" •After double-checking the order information, press "Proceed To Payment" to enter "Wallet" for inputting payment information
Step 4 :
•Select "cards", input the credit card information accordingly to place the order
Step 5 :
•After order placement, select the order from "As a Sender" under "My Orders" •Select "QR Code" at the top-right corner to acquire the order’s QR Code •Depending your need, print and stick the QR code on the parcel; or show the QR code for delivery agent to scan upon arrival
If any emergency assistance is required, select "Help" page at the bottom left of the main page and press "Send Us a Message". Pickupp customer service will provide live assistance within working hours (Monday - Saturday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm )
