If you do not have a printer, write the order number on your parcel or show the QR code to the staff at our service point.

Drop off at any of the eligible service points. Your parcel will be reweighed for price verification.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel is being processed in the warehouse.

What items are prohibited for shipment?

Please refer to the prohibited items. Pickupp reserves the right to open and inspect any package(s) and reserves the right to refuse delivery if any dangerous or prohibited items are found in the contents of the package(s).
