*Some convenience stores located in remote areas may not provide 24-hour service. Please pay special attention before sending parcels. *There is a minimum order quantity (10 orders) for each door-to-door collection. If the minimum collection quantity is not met, Pickupp will charge a fee of $100 for each collection. *The self-pickup service at convenience stores and the self-drop-off service at self-service points are only applicable to items with a weight of 5 kg or less, and the dimensions are not more than 60 x 40 x 30 cm. *Pickupp's self-operated stores have no weight or size restrictions. *The time for the goods to arrive at the designated service point will depend on factors such as the store conditions of the designated service point. *The recipient must pick up the goods at the designated service point within 3 days after the notification text message is sent, otherwise the goods will be retrieved by Pickupp. If the merchant needs to retrieve the goods, please contact Pickupp online customer service or the relevant customer manager. *The merchant is responsible for properly packaging the goods. In the event of loss/damage during transportation, the maximum compensation amount is HKD $500. *Pickupp reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, change or terminate promotions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Pickupp reserves the right of final decision. *According to legal provisions or applicable laws, if the goods to be shipped or the process involve fragile, dangerous, illegal, prohibited materials, goods or items, Pickupp will consider that the goods cannot be safely and legally transported and handled. *Pickupp does not accept weapons, firearms, gunpowder, potassium nitrate, petroleum, liquefied petroleum gas, propane gas, kerosene, other explosive or flammable materials, dangerous drugs, human bodies or organs, partial or whole animals, blood, urine and liquids containing infectious substances, currency, counterfeit goods, precious metals and stones, and other similar items.
