How to apply : 1. You will receive a message named "Pickupp x Shell - Fleet card Application Form" in Pickupp Hero App. 2. Please fill in your personal information, Pickupp referral code, Direct Debit Authorization Form and upload relevant documents. 3. Shell Fleet card* will be sent to the address you provided in about two to three weeks once your card has been applied successfully. 4. Simply present your Shell Fleet card at the petrol station, and the amount will be charged to your card. 5. Shell will send an invoice to you on a monthly basis, and Shell will deduct the spending money from your bank account via direct debit on the 15th day after the statement is issued. *Pickupp will review the tier of the delivery agents, as well as the eligibility of Shell Fleet card on 1st day of each month. The delivery agent must be Superhero tier in order to enjoy this offer. If you do not meet the requirement, your fuel card will be disabled.

• This offer is only available to eligible Pickupp Delivery Agents. • Each delivery agent can only apply for one Shell Fleet card. Delivery agent with successful application will receive a Shell Fleet card with the owner's name and the license plate number provided in the application form. The fuel discount is only usable for the same vehicle stated in the application form. • It will take up to 14 working days to process Shell Fleet card application. • Digital cash coupon will be sent to the applicant's email within 2 weeks after the successful application. • Delivery Agents will receive the invoice at the beginning of the month. The payment will be made by direct debit 15 days after the invoice date. • Cardholders are personally responsible for Shell Fleet card payment. • In case of any dispute, Pickupp and Hong Kong Shell Limited reserve the right of final decision.
