Pickupp is a technology-based logistics platform dedicated to supporting you with last mile door-to-door deliveries that will only get better! We currently delight more than 21,000 users across Southeast Asia, including companies such as Charles & Keith with our same day, next day, and 1 -3 days door-to-door delivery services. We also provide 4-hour deliveries for individuals with ad-hoc delivery needs.

This is why we started #ShopOnPickupp, where we will tap on our ecosystem of more than 16,000 businesses and expertise in delivery services to provide customers with unique products and promotions that come with a wonderful delivery experience.
How is Shop On Pickupp different from other eCommerce platforms?
Unlike other e-commerce platforms, Shop On Pickupp only features exclusive deals at a given time. Even better, we offer customers flexibility yet free delivery choices. Here at #ShopOnPickupp, you can schedule and arrange delivery at your preferred date and time, at no additional charge.

Can I order with Shop On Pickupp if I don’t have an account?
You’ll need to have an existing Pickupp account with a verified e-mail address and download the ‘Pickupp User’ mobile app in order to use #ShopOnPickupp.
Where can Pickupp deliver to?
We can deliver anywhere except the airport, army camps, prisons and offshore islands.
Can I schedule the delivery?
Yes, you can schedule the delivery up to 7 days in advance.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Unfortunately, no rescheduling of delivery date or time is allowed.
When will my item arrive?
This will depend on the timeslot that you have selected on the platform here.
What if I’m not around when my item arrives?
You will receive an SMS prior to the delivery so please make sure that someone is available to receive the item on your behalf. Every redelivery attempt will be chargeable.
Can I self-collect?
Absolutely, you are welcomed to collect your product at our warehouse(s) around Hong Kong. Please email email@example.com at least one day in advance if you want to self-collect your products.
How much is my delivery fee?
I receive the wrong item. Can anybody help me?

Can I cancel my order?
All purchases are final and no modifications, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
How many items can I buy?
You can only purchase two items and have it delivered to one address per transaction.
How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
After placing an order, you will receive an “order confirmation” email with details of products that you have ordered. You may also click “Shop On Pickupp" on the Pickupp User App to check your order details.
How can I make payment?
Payment is made via credit card only. Other forms of payment such as bank transfer are not allowed. We will add other payment types in the future, to provide more options and choices to customers.
